These terms apply to customer orders placed through Cebu Food Trays at cebufoodtrays.com.

Business and contact information

Cebu Food Trays operates from Base Line Center, New Wing Ground Floor, Capitol Site, Cebu City 6000. Contact us at , via WhatsApp, or at contact@cebufoodtrays.com.

Orders and availability

Please review the selected food, PAX size, quantity, fulfillment method, address, date, and time before placing an order. An order is accepted when the website displays an order confirmation and the customer receives confirmation through the contact details supplied.

Prices, VAT, and delivery charges

Marketplace and product prices exclude 12% VAT. VAT is calculated and itemized at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated separately according to the selected delivery area.

Free delivery starts at ₱10,000 for Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Consolacion, Talisay City, and Minglanilla, and at ₱20,000 for Liloan, Compostela, Naga City, Danao City, and Carcar City. The checkout total is the controlling amount before payment.

Lead time and fulfillment

Please allow at least two days’ lead time. The earliest available fulfillment date is enforced at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information.

Payment

Available checkout methods are credit and debit cards, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, and card installments through PayMongo. Only methods displayed at checkout are accepted for online orders.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders cancelled 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made from 12 hours to less than 24 hours before delivery are subject to a 50% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery are not accepted. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Full details are available in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Customer information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
