Browse food trays →At least 24–48 hours for standard orders. For advance-order delivery within Metro Cebu, your order must be placed before your scheduled lead time on the delivery day.
For larger events (50+ guests) or full catering packages, we recommend 3–5 days notice so our kitchen can prepare everything fresh to order.

For events with 30–50 guests, we recommend ordering multiple dishes at the 10-pax or 15-pax size so guests can sample variety. Our team can help you plan the right quantity — just ask on WhatsApp.

Chafing dishes and sterno fuel are included with all Full-Service and Premium catering packages. For regular tray orders, these can be added as an optional add-on at checkout.
Absolutely. You can add as many different dishes as you like in a single order — mix beef, seafood, chicken, pork, pasta, and dessert trays — and we’ll deliver everything together in one coordinated delivery.
This is the most popular approach for parties and events where guests expect variety.

Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens including shellfish, nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We take every precaution but cannot guarantee complete allergen isolation.
Yes. All food trays are prepared fresh on the day of delivery and packaged with insulated lining to retain heat during transport.
We recommend consuming the food within 2 hours of delivery for best taste and quality. If you have a chafing dish setup, the food will stay warm throughout your event.

For example: Beef Lasagna at ₱1,300 for a 10-pax tray = ₱130 per person. Ordering the 20-pax tray typically offers a better per-head rate than ordering two 10-pax trays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Cebu City. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
No — delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery address. The product price you see covers the food tray only.
To avoid delivery fees, simply reach the ₱3,000 free delivery threshold — which is easy when ordering for any event with 10 or more guests.
✓ Free delivery on orders ₱3,000+Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the delivery time are subject to a 50% processing fee to cover preparation costs already incurred.
Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. For refund requests, contact us at contact@cebufoodtrays.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.
Events & Catering
4 questionsYes — beyond individual food trays, we offer full catering packages for weddings, corporate events, debut parties, fiestas, and reunions.
Our catering packages include setup, front-of-house service staff, chafing dish stations, full menu planning, and coordination. Visit the Catering Services page for package tiers and pricing.

For food tray-only orders with no service staff, there is no minimum guest count — you can order for as few as 5 people using our standard 5-pax serving size.

For regular food tray orders without a catering package, chafing dish sets can be added as a paid add-on at checkout. Ask us via WhatsApp for availability and rates.
Yes — we regularly cater for corporate events, company anniversaries, year-end parties, team lunches, and office Christmas parties across Metro Cebu.
We can issue official receipts (OR) for business reimbursements and coordinate large multi-tray deliveries to single or multiple office floors.
