Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cebu Food Trays prepares perishable food to order. Please review your order, delivery details, and schedule before payment.

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made from 12 hours to less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are subject to a 50% processing fee to cover preparation costs already incurred.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time are not accepted.
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refund requests

For a refund request, contact contact@cebufoodtrays.com or WhatsApp and include your order number. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer-protection law.
