Everything you need to know before booking your catering.
What is the minimum number of guests?+
Our standard minimum is 50 pax. We can accommodate events with 30–49 guests with a small surcharge of ₱30 per person to cover the additional logistics and setup costs.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We require at least 2 days advance notice. For larger events (100+ pax) or events requiring special ingredients, we recommend booking 5–7 days ahead to ensure availability. For peak seasons (Christmas, graduation month, Holy Week), book as early as possible.
Where do you deliver and set up?+
We serve all of Metro Cebu: Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Talisay, Consolacion, Liloan, and Minglanilla. For venues outside these areas, please contact us to check availability and any additional logistics charges.
Can I customize the menu beyond the listed dishes?+
Yes. Within each package tier (Main A, Main B, etc.) you can freely choose from over 100 dishes listed on this page. If you have a specific dish request not on the menu, reach out via WhatsApp and we’ll check if we can accommodate it.
What does Full-Service include vs. Essentials?+
Essentials includes professional waitstaff, complete buffet setup, tablewares, chafing dishes, and serving equipment. Full-Service adds tables and chairs for all guests and table linens. Premium Full-Service upgrades further to premium furniture and elevated tableware.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?+
No — all prices listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT (12%) will be reflected in the final quotation we send you. Your quoted price will also include any surcharges based on selected dish upgrades and add-ons.
What is your cancellation or rebooking policy?+
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our team will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Details will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
